Organization completes the diagnostic intake form below detailing what assistance is requested (creche support, audit, skilling), why it is urgently needed, and target timeline.

Stage 2: Non-Financial Audit & Verification
Our field team performs a complimentary operational audit, governance assessment, and physical site verification to establish readiness and compliance gaps.

Stage 3: Board Approval & Execution
The Board Governance Committee approves tailored resource disbursement, grant deployment, or direct capacity building with a structured monitoring roadmap.
